Eco-anxiety has become a term that expresses the anxiety induced by the catastrophic prognosis of the planet. While this anxiety is understandable, climate collapse is not inevitable. Sarah Niblock, chief executive of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP), shares her thoughts on what we can all do to support young people through their anxiety and develop the resilience to bring about a more eco-friendly future.
